The systemic approach allows me to work flexibly, so that I use a variety of methods and techniques
depending on what is appropriate.
During our initial session I will ask questions to understand what has brought you to therapy, what issues concern you and about your expectations. I appreciate that starting therapy can be a difficult step to take, so it is important that you are comfortable with me and how I work. At the end of the session we will decide whether I can be of help and whether you wish to continue.
The number of session can vary depending on the issues. Many people find that 6-12 sessions are sufficient while some require longer-term therapy.
